性别排挤研究的理论意义

The Theoretical Significance of the Study of Gender Exclusion

本文从性别分析的角度对社会排挤理论和实证研究的文献进行综述,提出性别排挤概念。认为性别排挤是指在中国社会转型中,由于社会保障体制、劳动力市场以及社会网络等方面的原因,女性不利群体被边缘化的机制和过程,并在此基础上建构理论分析框架,对国有企业下岗女工成为不利群体的社会排挤的体制、市场及社会关系成因,在此三重因素作用下形成的性别排挤的系统与过程,及由此造成的性别排挤的后果,即物质(经济)资本、符号资本和社会资本的降低以及性别排挤的特点等几个方面做出全新的描述和解释,对性别排挤的制度化进行结构性、过程性分析。
