树鼩HDL_3和HDL_2共占血浆总脂蛋白的90%以上,是转运血浆胆固醇的主要脂蛋白,其HDL_2中载脂蛋白构成独特,琼脂糖电泳显示为β脂蛋白,可能在转运脂质中起特殊作用。喂高胆固醇饲料后,血浆HDL_3及HDL_2浓度明显增加,HDL_2中的apo E比例也显著增加,高酪蛋白饲料则能抑制高胆固醇对HDL的作用,并使HDL_3中出现一新的MW22.4kD蛋白成分。这些改变有利于HDL加快转运胆固醇至肝脏分解代谢。
Since both HDL_3 and HDL_2 account for over 90% of the plasma lipoprotein in tree shrew, they are principal llpoproteius for the transporting of cholesterol in the plasma. Besides apoAl, apoAⅡ and apoC, HDL_2 contains apoE and a protein with MW>100 kD and β-lipoprotein mobility in agarose electrophoresis, the latter may enable HDL_2 play a special role in transporting of cholestrol.Under high cholesterol diet, both HDL_3 and HDL_2 in the plasma were remarkably increased and an obvious increase of apoE in HDL_2 was detected. A high-protein (casein) diet could retard the increase of both HDL_2 and HDL_3 induced by a high cholesterol diet, and a new apolipoprotein of 22.4 kD MW was detected in HDL_3. The experimental data indicate that the changes in HDL_2 and HDL_3 contribute to high-efficiency cholesterol transportation from peripheral tissue cells to the liver and thus prevent the development of atherosclerosis.
