Constructing Opening Systems for Civil Prosecutorial Supervisions

由于民事诉讼立法和思想认识方面的原因,现行的民事检察监督是一个缺乏效率、失却制约的封闭性体系。为了实现司法公正的理性目标,应构建与民事审判活动同步的及时、高效、全面的监督体系。

Because of the civil litigation legislation and the idea of law, the present system of civil prosecutorial supervision is a closing system, which is short of efficiency and restriction. In order to realize the ideal target of the judicial fair, we must construct a prompt, efficient, comprehensive system of civil prosecutorial supervision, synchronizing the civil judicial activities.
