摘要
本文报告38例主动脉瓣置换术后(半年以上)心肺X线变化的一般规律,阐述了术后疗效与术前各种因素的关联,并讨论了X线平片对术后疗效观察的价值和限度。
Long term results of 38 cases with aortic valve replacement was studied radiologically by a follow-up time of 6 months to 11 years with a mean of 2.6 years. According to the radiologic classification, the results were excellent, fair and poor in 82%, 13. 1% and 5. 3%, respectively. Reduction of size of the heart and left ventricle ,improvement or disappearance of signs of pulmonary hypertension were findings of the excellent result. Long term results were dependent on cardiac function, etiology of aortic valve disease and type of the prosthesis. The value and limitation of radiologic follow-up after aortic valve replacement were also discussed.
