摘要
关于村民委员会候选人资格 ,我国法律未作出统一规定 ,各省级地方法规的规定极不统一 ,应由全国人大常委会制定《中华人民共和国村民委员会选举法》对村委会候选人资格作出统一规定。
In China, there are no uniform stipulations on the candidacy of villagers' committee at various local regulations. It is suggested that the candidacy of villagers' committee be drafted in the Electoral Law of the Villager's Committee of the People's Republic of China by the standing committee of the People's Congress.
