摘要
分析比较了四种不同的电脉冲刺激紧急终止阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效。结果表明,超短阵猝发刺激的转复成功率最高(94.4%),患者所接受的单个电脉冲刺激数最少。同时对各种方法的治疗机制及利弊进行了探讨。
The effects of four kinds of electrical stimulation (overdrive suppression, S1-S2 programmed stimuli, underdrive suppression and supra-burst pacing) to terminate paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) were compared. The results showed that the effective rate to terminate PSVT by supra-burst pacing was 94.4%, which was higher than the other methods, and also with less side-effect. The data indicated that transesophageal supra-burst pacing was a safe, simple and useful method to terminate PSVT.
