摘要
本文报道经导管射频消融术治疗12例预激综合征合并房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)患者,旁道皆位于左侧,11例成功,1例失败。射频消融术属根治性疗法,效果确实可靠,是治疗顽固性快速心律失常可供选择的新方法。
Transcatheter ablation of left-sided accessory pathways using radiofrequency energy was performed in 12 patients with refractory AV reciprocal tachycardia. There were 1, 5 and 6 patients with accessory pathways in the posteroseptal, posterior and lateral wall, respectively. The procedure was successful in 11 patients (91.7%)but one with posteroseptal pathway. Radiofreuency ablation of AV accessory pathways is a curative method for refractory AV reciprocal tachycardia, but many problems remain to be studied.
