摘要
本文比较了98例单纯二尖瓣病变和66例二尖瓣合并主动脉瓣病变患者的右心导管资料。结果显示,在瓣膜中度病变、病情尚未进入晚期和二尖瓣损害程度相同的条件下,单纯二尖瓣病变组与二尖瓣合并主动脉瓣病变组相比,在(?)、(?)、PVR和PAR上无明显差别,但后组的CI、RVEDP和(?)均较前组恶化。
A comparative analysis of data of right cardiac catheterization was done in 98 patients with pure mitral valve lesion and 66 patients with mitral combined with aortic valve lesions. The results showed that with similar mitral valve lesions no significant difference in PAP, PCWP, PVR, PAR was found between pure mitral valve lesion and mitral combined with aortic valve lesions. But changes of CI, RVEDP and RAP of the latter were severer than the former.
