原发性高血压患者血脂质过氧化物与内源性类洋地黄物质的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文选择Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压(EH)患者共69例(合并冠心病者13例)。测定血脂质过氧化物(LPO)的主要降解产物——丙二醛(MDA)。同时测定红细胞膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及血内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)。发现EH患者血MDA、EDF均高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。SOD低于对照组(P<0.001)。本文在国内外首次发现MDA与EDF呈正相关。提示LPO可能作为一种继发机制参与高血压的病理过程。 Blood lipid peroxides (LPO), endogenous digitalis-like substances (EDLS) and erythrocyte membrane superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 69 patients with essential hypertension of stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ. The results showed that EDF and LPO were higher in the patients than in the controls, but the reverse was true for SOD. It was the first time to find a positive correlation between LPO and EDLS, suggesting that LPO may be a secondary factor involved in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
