摘要
本文选择Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压(EH)患者共69例(合并冠心病者13例)。测定血脂质过氧化物(LPO)的主要降解产物——丙二醛(MDA)。同时测定红细胞膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及血内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)。发现EH患者血MDA、EDF均高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。SOD低于对照组(P<0.001)。本文在国内外首次发现MDA与EDF呈正相关。提示LPO可能作为一种继发机制参与高血压的病理过程。
Blood lipid peroxides (LPO), endogenous digitalis-like substances (EDLS) and erythrocyte membrane superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 69 patients with essential hypertension of stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ. The results showed that EDF and LPO were higher in the patients than in the controls, but the reverse was true for SOD. It was the first time to find a positive correlation between LPO and EDLS, suggesting that LPO may be a secondary factor involved in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
