高血压病患者血小板Na^+-H^+交换与Ca^(2+)内流、Ca^(2+)结合力的关系

摘要 细胞内pH对血管平滑肌结构和功能有重要影响,本文通过观察高血压病患者血小板Na^+-H^+交换活性、血小板Ca^(2+)内流和Ca^(2+)结合力等指标,探讨了细胞Na^+-H^+交换活性和Ca^(2+)代谢与血压间的关系。 Intracelluar pH plays an important role in the structure and function of vascular smooth muscle cells. Na^+-H^+ exchange, Ca^(2+) influx and membrane bound Ca^(2+) (Ca_b^(2+)) of platelet were measured in hypertensives (HT). We found that platelets of HT had higher Na^+-H^+ exchange, Ca^(2+) influx and Ca_b^(2+) than those of normal controls. And the activity of Na^+-H^+ exchange showed significantly positive correlation with blood pressure, Ca^(2+) influx and Ca_b^(2+) in HT. It suggests that hyperactivity of cellular Na^+-H^+ exchange is associated with high peripheral resistance, whieh is involved in the disturbance of cellular calcium metabolism.
