摘要 近年来的实验研究和临床应用表明,射频消融房窒结(AVN)及其周围组织,能选择性破坏AVN折返径路或部分损伤AVN传导功能,达到治疗AVN折返性心动过速(AVNRT)和保留房室传导之目的。
