摘要
本文报告1961～1991年间5例左冠状动脉起自肺动脉的外科治疗结果。1例作左冠状动脉主干结扎,4例在结扎左冠状动脉主干同时作冠状动脉旁路移植术。无住院死亡。作者对本病的诊断方法、手术技术、治疗结果及其预后进行讨论。
The results of surgical treatment of 5 cases of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery from 1961 to 1991 were reported. Ligation of an anomalous left coronary artery arising from the pulmonary artery was performed in one case. In the remaining 4 cases, saphenous vein bypass between aorta and left coronary artery and ligation of an anomalous left main coronary artery were performed. There was no death. The diagnostic procedure, operative technique, results of treatment and prognosis were discussed.
