摘要
本文测定28例原发性高血压和22例肾实质性高血压患者血浆5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸含量。结果显示,原发性高血压和肾实质性高血压患者5-羟色胺、5-羟吲哚乙酸值均明显升高,并发尿毒症时其值增高更为显著。5-羟色胺与平均动脉压、尿素氮和肌酐均呈正相关性。尿毒症患者经血液透析和肾移植后5-羟色胺值均下降,其中肾移植后5-羟色胺值已降至对照值范围。提示高血压及尿毒症的发生与血浆5-羟色胺关系密切。
Plasma concentrations of 5-HT ( 5-hydroxytryptamine) and 5-HIAA (5-hydroxyindole acetic acid) in 28 patients with EH (essential hypertension)and 22 patients with RH (renal hypertension) were measured and compared with those of 50 normal subjects. The results showed: ①The levels of plasma 5-HT and 5-HIAA in patients with EH and RH were significantly higher than those in normal subjects. ②The plasma level of 5-HT was highter in cases with uraemia than in those without (p<0.001). After blood percolation and renal transplantation, plasma 5-HT level was significantly lowered (p<0. 001). ③Plasma 5-HT concentration correlated positively with mean arterial pressure, urea nitrogen and creatinine.This study indicates that the increase of plasma 5 HT may play an important rote in hypertension and uraemia.
