高效液相色谱法检测蜂蜜中的多种糖 被引量:3

摘要 采用 Mirco Pak—NH_2(300×4mm)键合柱,示差折光检测器,乙腈——水(75:25)体系,流速为2.0ml/min,通过中途改变检测灵敏度,一次进样同时检测蜂蜜中的四种糖份,整个色谱分析在8分钟内完成。对果糖(F)、葡萄糖(G)、蔗糖(S)和麦芽糖(M)的最小检出量分别为120μg、100μg、22μg 和44μg;分析变异系数小;平均添加回收率高;是一种简便、快速、准确的检测蜂蜜中糖分的分析方法。 A simple,rapid method has been developed for the separation and quanitation of mono— and di—saccharides in honey.The method utilizes a 300x4mm i.d.Micro Pak--NH2 column, refractive index detection and acetonitrile—water elution.Flow rate is 2.0ml/min.By chang- ing the detective sensitivity,four kinds of saccharides can be detected in a same separation. Separation was achieved within 8 minutes.In this method the low detective limits for frutose glucose,sacrose and maltose were approximately 120μg,100μg,22μg and 44μg respectively. The coefficients of variation of these saccharides respectively were 2. 2%,2.6%,3.5% and 6.4%(n=6).The average recoveries were 99.2%,99.1%,98.6% and 94.4% respectively (n=8).So,this mthod is a simple,rapid and accurate.
