摘要
要保持社会的稳定 ,必须运用法律手段调整劳动关系。工会组织要发挥自己的作用 ,在协调劳动关系中需做好几项工作。
To keep society stable, law means must be applied to adjust labor relationship. The article proves the main aspect of applying law means to adjust labor relationship and also the several jobs trade union organizations need do well to play its role in adjusting labor relationship.
