从线条特征、拨言内容、字亦风格、钤印色泽诸多内容分析，现存上海的两幅《昭君出塞图》一真一假。

Based on analyzing on the character of lines, the content of postscripts, the style of writings and the colour and luster of seals etc, this article thinks one of the two copies of 'Zhaojun Chusai Tu' in Shanghai is an authentic work and the other is fake.
