莫高窟盛唐未完工中唐补绘洞窟之初探

Study On These Caves 'Unfinished in High-Tang Dynasty and Completed in Mid-Tang Dynasty 'And Its Historical Background

敦煌莫高窟有大约 2 0余个洞窟是创建于盛唐时期的 ,当时并未完成壁画的绘制 ,到了中唐吐蕃统治时期才陆续完成的。本文详细考察这些洞窟中的绘画内容和表现形式 。

There are more than 20 caves at Mogao Grottoes of Dunhuang in statistical data which were belong to the categories that were began to construction at High-Tang Dynasty but for some reasons they were not finished until Mid-Tang period one after another. This article try to analyzing the reason for this phenomena by a careful study of the contents of the murals and the ways of presentation of them.
