虎梅冲剂质量标准及稳定性研究

Studies on the Quality Standard and Stability of Humei Granules

“虎梅冲剂”是根据民间验方,以传统中药虎杖、乌梅为主要原料研制成的,经临床应用取得了令人满意的治疗效果。本文对制剂的质量标准及稳定性研究结果作了详细报道,该制剂在室温、4℃冰箱和37℃恒温条件下放置一年后,其主要化学成份蒽醌含量无变化,粒度、吸湿性、外观、溶化性、溶液pH值和卫生学检查等指标均无改变。

Humei granules are produced from traditional Chinese materia mdeica, mainly Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspitati and prepared dark Japanese plum, on the basis of folk recipe. Satisfactory efficacy has been achieved clinically. This paper describes the results of research on the quality standard and stability of the drug. There were no changes in anthraquinone content, granulation, hygroscopicity, external appearance, dissolution rate, pH value of solution as well as hygienical examination index after one year of preservation at room temperature, 4℃ or 37℃.
