The author analyses the clauses in GATS related to competition policy and competition rules, and point out the feature and difficulties to import national treatment in the field of trade in service.The article also analyses the issue that China has rules of unfair competition in the field of trade in service and suggests that China should establish and improve competition legal rules in the field of trade in service.
