摘要
本文建立了测定麦滋林-S颗粒在人体中的血药浓度的高效液相色谱法,对7名健康志愿受试者和3名慢性胃炎患者进行了药代动力学研究,用计算机McpKp程序计算药代动力学参数并拟合了房室模型,以麦滋林-S溶液剂为对照制剂,麦滋林-S颗粒的相对生物利用度为94.12％。
A method for assaying serum concentration of Maizilin-S(MZS)was established using HPLC. Pharmakinetic study of MZS granules was carried out on seven volunteers and three patients with ehronie gastritis. The pharmakinetic parameters were computerized with McpKp-pharmakinetic program, with results simulating compartmental model. Taking Maizilin solution as control, we found that the relative bioavailability of MZS granules was 94.12％.
