福建省近几年来盗抢机动车犯罪案件的数量上升势头迅猛,每年均给公私财产造成巨大的损失,虽然公安机关投入大量警力加大打击盗抢机动车犯罪的力度,但收效甚微。单纯采用传统的破案模式已明显难以适应当前侦破工作的需要。需要充分综合利用现有成熟的现代高新科技手段,增强防范和打击针对机动车犯罪的能力。

In recent years Fujian Province has witnessed a rapid increase of the crimes involving vehicle robbery thatcaused great losses to the public property. But the attacks by the police usually end in little gains. The best way out lies in theuse of hi-tech in preventing and solving highway robberies.
