加入WTO后,广东消防工作面临新的机遇和挑战。广东消防工作与WTO规则存在法规、监督机制、队伍、硬件建设等诸多不适应,因此,要采取完善立法、强化监督、加强队伍建设、基础设施建设等一系列行之有效的措施。

Unconformities in regulations, supervisory mechanisms and hardware still exist in fire fighting and prevention in Guangdong, compared with those of WTO. So a series of measures must be taken to bridge up the gaps.
