医院研究开发中药新药的药学技术问题

Some Technical Problems of Pharmacy on the Research and Development of New Drugs from Chinese Materia Medica in Hospital

本文根据医院在中药新药研究中存在的问题和笔者在中药新药审评中发现的问题,结合自己的工作体会,提出了组方、制备工艺、稳定性试验、质量标准制订四个方面的药学技术问题,以期对医院研究中药新药的同行们有所启迪。

Based on the existing problems in research of new drugs from Chinese materia medica in hospital as well as our experiences in evaluating these new products, we prospose four technical problems of pharmacy, including formulation, preparation technic, stability test and quality standard, to promote the development of new drugs from Chinese materia medica in hospital.
