氧氟沙星耐药性的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Resistance of Important Clinical Isolates to Ofloxacin(OFLX)

本文应用微量稀释法测定氧氟沙星对我院临床常见致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),与1990年测定的结果进行对照分析。结果表明:1992年OFLX对G^-杆菌的MIC值显著增大。提示我院临床分离的G^-杆菌对OFLX敏感性下降,应重视药物的合理应用。

Using microdilutation method, the MICs of Ofloxacin(OFLX)to important isolates collected from patients in this hospital were determined and the results were compared with those determined in 1990. The MICs of OFLX to Gram-negative bacilli in 1992 were higher than those in 1990. The results indicate that the susceptibility of Gram-negative bacilli to OFLX in 1992 was decreased in comparison with that in 1990. It suggests that OFLX should be used rationally.
