摘要
管花肉苁蓉Cistanche tubulosa(SCHRENK)R.Wight是寄生在多枝(?)柳Tamarix vamosissma Ldb或其它沙漠植物根上的一种寄生植物,分布于我国新疆的南部地区,药用部位是其干燥的肉质茎,药材名苁蓉、大芸或寸芸等,是中医常用的补肾壮阳药。
Six compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Cistanche tubulosa (SCHRENK) R. Wight and their structures were established as D-mannitol, β-sitosterol, daucosterol, 8-epiloganic acid, echinacoside and cistanoside A on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
