Microscopic Identification of Crude Drug Gusuibu Ⅱ. Characteristics of Powdered Materials

对12种骨碎补类生药粉末进行了鉴定,列出了检索表。其鉴别要点是;(1)非腺毛的特征;(2)有无完整的鳞片基及鳞片细胞的形状和毛状突出物的长短;(3)薄壁细胞的形状及细胞壁增厚程度;(4)纤维状细胞的形状及表面特征;(5)网纹细胞、石细胞等的存在与否;(6)表皮细胞的形状及排列。

Here is a continuation to the former paper and the tissue characteristics of the powdered materials of Gusuibu are reported. The principal identification features of the 12 differently originated Gusuibu powders were discovered as follows: (1) character of the eglandulose hairs; (2)scale bases existing or not, shape of scale cells and length of their trichoma; (3) cell shape and wall thickness of parenchyma cells; (4) shape and exterior character of sclerenchyma; (5) dictyo-cells or sclereids etc. existing or not; (6) shape and arrangement of the epidermal cells.
