Synthesis and Hypotensive Activity of Some Benzopyran Derivatives

苯骈吡喃类钾通道启开剂具有很强的血管扩张作用,可望成为较理想的抗高血压药物。为寻找活性高、毒副作用小的新型降压药,结合某些中草药有效成分的结构特征,设计合成了11个苯骈吡喃类化合物,药理初筛表明具有心血管活性。

Potassium channel openers, most of which are benzopyran compounds, possess significant activity of vasodilation and may become promising antihypertensive drugs. In attempt to search for novel hypoten sire drugs with high efficacy and low toxicity, integrating structual features of some active principles of Chinese medicinal herbs, 11 benzopyran derivatives were prepared and tested for antihypertensive acti vity in rats.
