TLC和HPLC法测定柳芽中对羟基苯乙烯

摘要 用HPLC法和TLC法对柳芽中的有效成分对羟基苯乙烯的含量进行了测定。高效液相色谱条件:色谱柱250 mm×4.5 mm(I.D.)Water's μ-Bondpak-CN 5μm;流动相:环己烷-异丙醇(95:5 V/V);检测波长UV 280 nm紫外检测器。薄层色谱法条件:固定相为硅胶G板;展开剂:苯-醋酸乙酯(2:8);以FeCl_3(5%)乙醇溶液显色后,在CS-930双波长薄层扫描仪扫描定量(λs=400nm,λ_R=650nm)。两法均获得满意结果。 A liquid chromatographic method was described for determination of p-vinyl phenol in Liuya. The experimental conditions of HPLC were as follows: column 250×4.5mm(I. D.) Waters Bondpak-CN 5μm; mobile phase: cyclohexae-isopropyl alcohol (95∶5 Ⅴ/Ⅴ); wavelength of detection UV 280nm. The samples were also separated on silica gel-G plates with benene-acetie ether (2∶8 Ⅴ/Ⅴ), spots were visuliged with 5% FeCl_3 solution and determined by using CS-930 dual wavelength TLC scanner at λ_S=400nm, λ_R=650nm.
