摘要
在合成雄性抗生育剂棉酚衍生物的研究中,以棉酚(1)为原料,去醛基后得到阿扑棉酚(2),再经甲基化生成阿扑棉酚六甲醚(3)。用NBS与阿扑棉酚六甲醚反应,在不同条件下分别得到两个萘环上溴代产物。
The male antifertility agent gossypol was converted via apogossypol into apogossypol hexamethyl ether. The free radical halogenation reactions of apogossypol hexamethyl ether were investigated using a variety of different reagents, catalysts and techniques. The results indicated that under all conditions, substitutions on free ring positions rather than in the side chains occured. Two compounds, 4, 8'-dibromoapogossypol hexamethyl ether and 4-bromoapogossypol hexamethyl ether, were obtained through bromination of apogossypol hexamethyl ether with NBS. The products were identified by NMR, MS etc.
