摘要 从一株玫瑰绛红小单孢菌M-90的发酵液中分离得到淡黄色粉末,抗生素M-90。在筛选实践中,建立了适用于大环内酯类抗生素的PC、呈色反应、TLC(种间分类和属间鉴别)、UV分类、产生菌培养特征以及MIC六种试验——简便快速的理化和生物学早期鉴别手段,提高了早期鉴别的速度和准确性。结果分析表明:确认抗生素M-90为含有多组分的大环内酯类新抗生素,对G^+、G^-菌及真菌具有抑制作用。 Antibiotic M-90 was isolated from the fermentation broth of a Micromonospora rosepupurea M-90. Based on its physico-chemical and biological properties analysis, antibiotic M-90 was identified as a new macrolide antibiotic, producing three components at least, and antibiotic M-90 showed inhibitory effect on gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi. The paper chromatography showed that antibiotic M-90 was thought as a macrolide antibiotic, and TLC behavior of M-90 was similar to that of erythromycin, but M-90 is different from other macrolide antibiotic, ultraviolat absorption of antibiotic M-90 had maximum adsorption inwave-length 238nm, and MIC experiment told us that its activity is stronger than that of other macrolide antibiotics. The method of early identification of macrolide antibiotics, including PC, TLC, color reaction, MIC, UV and cultural characters of producing strain, was established. It was discovered that M-90 was different from other macrolide antibiotics, and biological experiments showed M-90 possessed extensive strong antibaeteria activity. It is believed that M-90 is a hopeful new macrolide antibioic, producing a Micromonospora rosepurpurea M-90.
