转化生长因子β_1ACTH对蛋白多糖合成的调节作用

摘要 利用离子交换色谱,凝胶过滤,可把基础培养下的牛肾上腺皮质束状带,网状带细胞合成的硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖分成230,8.3,330kDa3种分子.ACTH,TGF_(B1)对这种蛋白多糖的合成均有强大兴奋作用,但TGF_(B1)选择性增加大分子蛋白多糖的合成.ACTH则重在刺激小分子株的合成。 Proteoglycans are mecromolecules containing glycosaminoglycan chains linked co-valently to a pretein core moriety. They are extensively distributed in the extracellular metrix, where they play an important role in cell adhes-sion, injured tissue repair and embryo development. Bovine adrenocortical fasciculata and reticularis cells under primary culture mainly synthetize heparin sulfate proteoglycan. Using ion exchange chromatography, gel filtration, this proteoglycan can be divided into three defferent molecules of 230,8.3 and 330 kDa. TGFβ1 and ACTH both strongly stimulate the synthesis of heparan sulfate proteoglycans, whereas TGFβ1 favorbly augment the large molecular proteoglycan and ACTH preferently stimulates the small
