摘要
本文通过对管理冲突的剖析,指出其有利和有弊的双重性质。通过实例阐述了功能正常的冲突是建设性的,功能失调的冲突可以是破坏性的,并提出解决冲突的技术措施。
Through analysis of the management contradictions, this paper has pointed out its advantageous and disadvantageous natures. It is explained by examples that the normal contradiction is constructive, while that the mal-functional contradiction is ruinous. Technical measure are also provided to solve the contradictions.
