摘要
用紫外分光光度计法测定兔血浆茶碱浓度.应用群体兔药代动力学参数进行恒速静脉滴注、指数衰减滴注及程序输注。结果:虽茶碱T_(1/2β)=6.08h,但指数衰减滴注及程序输注仅需30min即可达到预期血药稳态浓度。程序输注及指数衰减滴注的执行百分误的中位数分别为7.8%.14%。
Constant infusion, exponentially declining infusion and program infusion of theophlline were administered to rabbits by
adopting the rabbit population pharmacokinetic parameters in this laboratory, and the plasma concentrations of the drug was measured by ul- traviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the plasma drug concentrations following exponentially declining infusion and program infusion attained the desired steady-state level at only 30 min, though the T1/2β= 6. 08h, The median absolute value of performance error in pro-
