摘要
维生素A和硫酸镉可显著抑制中国仓鼠V79细胞代谢协作.维生素C则不抑制,预测可靠性初步评价表明,V79细胞代谢协作试验预测致畸性的敏感性为0.75,特异性为0.62,提示本试验有助于预测以抑制间隙接合细胞间通讯为机理的致畸物.可作为一个重要的补充试验被选入预测致畸物的最佳试验组。
In this paper,we report that the animal teratogens,vitamin A and cadmium sulfate,have positive results,while the animal nonteratogen vitamin C has a negative result in the Chinese hamster V79 cell metabolic cooperation assay.The reliability study for predicting teratogenicity indicates that the sensitivity and specificity of the V79 cell metabolic cooperation assay for predicting teratogenicity are 0.75 and 0.62 respectively.This assay is useful to predict theteratogens which action mechanism shows an inhibitory effect on the gap junctional intercellular communication and can be recommended as an important supplementary test in the optimal short-term test group for predicting teratogens.
