摘要
根据盐酸可卡因具有旋光性的特点,笔者用旋光法测定盐酸可卡因溶液的含量,其平均回收率为100.04%,变异系数为0.29%。用旋光法与银量法分别测定不同浓度的盐酸可卡因溶液的含量,结果比较接近。
The paper describes the determination of co-caine hydrochloride solution by optical rotationmethod. The results showed that the method waseasier, simpler and accurate. The average recoveryrates of cocaine hydrochioride in solution were100.04%, and coefficient of variation were0.29%, and correlation coefficients of cocaine hy-drochloride were 0.9999. The quality of produc-tions was satisfactorily controlled by this method.
