头孢唑林钠在腹膜透析液中的稳定性及其与硫酸庆大霉素的配伍

Cefazolin sodium:stability in peritoneal dialysis solution and compatibility with gentamicin

本文应用紫外分光光度法测定头孢唑林钠含量,模拟临床条件,考察了头孢唑林钠在4,25,37℃3种温度下于腹膜透析液中的稳定性和与硫酸庆大霉素的配伍。结果表明37℃时头孢唑林钠在腹透液中至少可保存12h;4,25℃时呈少可保存72h。负荷量(120mg/L)或维持量(8mg/L)硫酸庆大霉素对其稳定性无影响,两者可在腹透液中配伍。

The stability of cefazolin sodium in peri-toneal dialysis solution and its compatibilitywith gentamicin were determined 0.5g of cefa-zolin sodium was added to three 1 L bags ofdialysis solution, and the bags were stored at4, 25, 37C. Cefazolin sodium concentrationwas measured by UV spectrophotometry. Theresults showed that cefazolin sodium in dialy-sis solution was stable for at least 12 hourswhen stored at 37C and for up to 72 hours at4, 25 C. Loading and/or maintenance doses ofgentamicin were of no effect on stability of ce-fazolin sodium in dialysis solution.
