摘要
以淀粉为辅料制备的阿司匹林片,存放期间药片硬度增加,主药溶出度下降。以羟丙甲基纤维素溶液、低取代羟丙基纤维素制备的阿司匹林片,存放前后药片硬度、溶出度光明显改变;羧甲基淀粉钠不能改善阿司匹林片的崩解和主药溶出度。
Aspirin tablets were prepared with starchas excipients for increasing hardness and de-creasing dissolution during storage. Preparedwith hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)solution and Ls-hydroxypropylcellulose (Ls-HPC), the tablets showed virtually no changein hardness and dissolution before and afterstorage. Sodium starch glycolate (CMS-Na) didnot improve the disintegration and the dissolu-tion of aspirin tablets.
