摘要
用多元线性回归法中的Cholesky分解法快速测定克感敏片中非那西丁、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量,所得3组分的平均回收率分别为100.08%±0.29%,99.81%±0.91%和99.60%±0.98%(置信度95%)。同时研究了系数矩阵和波长数目对结果的影响。与常规化学分析法相比,该法结果可靠,分析速度快。
Rapid determination of phenacetin, ami-dopyrine and caffeine in compound chlorpheni-ramine maleate tablets by cholesky decomposi-tion-multivarite linear regression method wascarried out. The mean recovery rates of thethree main ingredients were 100.08%±0.29%,99. 81%±0.91% and 99.60%±0.98% respectively. The effects of coefficientmatrix and wavelength number on the resultswere also studled. Compared with ordinarychemical analysis method, the method we usedwas more accurate and reliable and its speed ofanalvsis is fast.
