国产巴卡西林片的人体生物利用度研究

Bioavailability of imported and homemade bacampicillin in human body

用荧光分光光度法测定国产巴卡西林片和进口巴卡西林片的人体血药浓度,计算生物利用度。以进口巴卡西林片的生物利用度100%计,国产巴卡西林片的相对生物利用度为 88.58%,并对两种片剂的 AUC、Cmax、Tp作t检验,结果二者之间无显著性差异。

The serum concentrations of importedand home-made bacampicillin in human bodywere determined by fluorometry and the bio-availability of two kinds of tablets in humanbody was calculated. The relative bioavail-ability of home-made bacampicillin tablets was93. 59% when the imported bacampicillintablets AUC was regarded as 100%. Accordingto the statistics, no significant difference ofAUC, C_(max),T_d was found between the twokinds of tablets.
