颈外动脉栓塞化疗用氟脲嘧啶白蛋白微球的研制

Fluorouracil albumin microspheres for neck external artery embolization

本文介绍用乳化热固化法制备适合于颈外动脉栓塞化疗头颈部肿瘤的5-FU白蛋白微球,收率80%±5%,呈圆球体,平均粒径54.0μm,药物含量为11.2%,包封率86.0%。通过动态透析系统完成了体外释药试验。动物实验表明,该微球可达到理想的栓塞效果,能保证局部组织中较高的药物浓度,有利于提高药物的疗效,减小毒副作用。

Emulsion heat-solidification was used toprepare fluorouracil (5-FU) albumin micro-spheres with a yield of 80±5%, mean size54.0μm, 5-FU concentration 11.2%, and load-ed rate 86.0%. The release characteristics of5-FU albumin microspheres in vitro was inves-tigated by dynamic dialysis system. The ani-mal test showed that 5-FU albumin micro-spheres could plug the branches of neck exter-nal artery well and maintain higher 5-FU con-centration in local tissue.
