薄层扫描法测定安定、安眠酮及舒乐安定的血清浓度

Determination of diazepam, methaqualone and estazolam in human serum by TLC scanning method

用ＣＳ－９０００薄层扫描仪同时测定了安定、安眠酮及舒乐安定的血清浓度。采用正已烷－氯仿－甲醇（５：３：１）为展开剂，Ｒｆ值分别为０．３５，０．６４，０．２９．３种药物测定波长分别为：２５４，２４９，２６４ｎｍ，可用于中毒抢救时３种药物的定性定量。

Simultaneously diazepam, methaqualoneand estazolam in human serum were deter-mined. Plate: silica gel GF254, mobile phase: n-hexane: chloroform: methyl (5: 3: 1),R_f value was: 0.53, 0.64, 0.29. Quantitativeassay was made by CS-9000 thin-layer-chro-matography flying-spot scanner with detectionat 254, 249, 264nm. Correlate coefficient was0.9968～0.9995.The rate of recovery was93%～98%. The precision of within plate andintraplate RSD was less than 3.7%. Themethod is simple, rapid, sensitive, and can beused in analysis of intoxication in emergencytreatment.
