用差热分析和漫反射分析考查核黄素、烟酰胺与片剂辅料的相互作用 被引量:1

摘要 本文模拟固体药物在室温下放置的状态,用漫反射分析和差热“三点法”全面考查了核黄素(VB2)、烟酰胺常片剂辅料之间的相互作用。结果表明,VB2与硬脂酸镁,烟酰胺与酒石酸、硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁之间有相互作用,与其它所考查的辅料无相互作用或相互交弱。本文讨论了漫反射分析和差热分析考查相互作用的特点,两者各具长处,可相互补充;测定结果基本吻合。 E Ping, RUAN Jin-mal, TU Li (School ofharmacy, West-China University of Medical Sci-ices, Chengdu 610041) The interaction of riboflavin (Vit B_2),nicotinamide with excipients in manufacturingtablets was studied by diffuse reflectance spec-tra (DRS), and the 'three-point-test'of differ-ential scanning calorimetry (DSC). There were3 kinds of interaction. No or very weak inter-action: It was compatible, such as Vit B_2 withmost excipients examined-micronised silicagel, starch, dextrin, sucrose, mannitol, lac-tose, tartaric acid respectively, and nicoti-namide with talc, micronised silica gel,starch.dextrin, mannitol, glucose, sucrose, lactoserespectively. Weak interaction: It included Vit B2 withtalc, nicotinamide with CaHPO_4. in these cas-es, the compatibility would be decided by thestability of the drug itself. Stronger interaction: It was incompatible,such as Vit B_2 with magnesium stearate,nicotinamide with tartaric acid, stearic acidand magnesium stearate.
