摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测得了扑热息痛缓片与口服通片在人体内的血药浓度，其Ｋ分别为０．１４９ｈ＾－１，０．３５９ｈ＾－１，Ｖｄ为７７．９Ｌ，６４．９Ｌ；ＡＵＣ为１６９．７μｇ．ｈ＾－１．ｍｌ＾－１，６１．４μｇ．ｈ＾－１．ｍｌ＾－１；Ｆ为２７６．４％，１００％。
Reversed-phase HPLC was used to deter-mine blood concentrations of the sustained re-lease skeleton acetaminophen tablets and oralcommercial tablets in human volunteers. Theirblood parameters consisted of K: 0.149h^(-1),0.359h^(-1)Vd: 77.9L, 64. 9I; AUC: 169. 7μg·h^(-1). ml^(-1), 61. 4μg· h^(-1). ml^(-1); F:276.4%, 100%; respectively. The effectiveblood concentrations of susained releasetablets were maintained for 10 hours and had agood relationship between in vivo and in vitro.
