遥感与GIS技术应用探讨

ON REMOTE SENSING TECHNIQUE AND GIS APPLICATION

RS(遥感)、GIS(地理信息系统)作为新兴的具有极大应用价值的信息科学技术,在最近十余年取得了巨大发展,并在国民经济和社会发展中发挥出越来越大的作用。本文将通过实例对这两大技术在社会可持续发展中一些关键问题上的应用作一些基本探讨。包括遥感技术在国土资源调查中的应用(其中具体从土地资源、水资源、森林资源的调查过程涉及的遥感技术作讨论);遥感技术在环境监测和城市建设中的应用;并从农作物生产、地质矿产和综合减灾三方面对遥感技术的基础应用方面作了论述。另外,本文还对GIS技术的概念和特点作了简要介绍,并从区域到局部、从宏观到微观上对其应用成果作了阐述。

Great progress has been made in remote sensing( RS) and GIS technique during the recent decade. As latest information technique , both RS and GIS are playing an ever increasingly important role in national economy and social development. This paper uses examples to discuss some key issues regarding application of the both in sustainable development of society such as the application of RS to the survey of land and resources,environmental monitering and urban construction, involving crops growing, minerals prospecting and hazard reduction. Additionally, the concept and characteristics of GIS technique are briefly introduced. Its application result has been expouded both regionally and locally, macroscopically and microscopically.
