Yanzhou Mining Group Has abtained great achievement by firstly prcaticing the development strategy of 'Based on coal and put stree on both coal and non-coal' in China coal industry. Non-coal industry became the new economic raising point in this Company, so its success has a common referencial significance to the other enterprises of resources style. This article gives an introduction to the above theory. Described the objective reasons, results and practicing process, and detailed ways of doing following this strategy. And also made some thinking and summary on the problems occurred during the practices in the past years.
