How to Perfect China's Civil Execution System

民事执行制度的不完善与民事执行难现象有着十分紧密的联系 ,为了有效解决执行难问题 ,尤其要注意从立法上进一步完善现行的民事执行制度 ,包括 :制定独立的民事执行法典 ,加大委托执行力度 ,优化代位执行方法 ,加强对债务人的人身约束 ,以及吸纳一些新的行之有效的手段。

Either imperfection of the civil execution system or difficulties to enforce the civil law cannot be settled effectively until the civil executive system in force has been perfected in China. How to make independent civil execution law code, enhance the mandated enforcement, optimize the methods of substituted enforcement, strengthen the personal limitation of debater and adopt some new effective means are put forward as suggestions.
