加强对渎职侵权犯罪的侦查工作 ,必须在工作机制上进行探索和规范。应当建立侦查指挥中心、区域侦查协作和特别侦查队伍等新机制 ,同时通过确立法制、迅速及时、经济以及依靠制度规范运作的原则 ,对侦查工作机制进行规范。
How to improve investigating work more effective during investigating malfeasance crimes? A new working mechanism is explored and standardized in which investigation-commanding centers, cooperation of regional investigation and special investigation teams should be established along with the legal, prompt, economic principles relying on regulations to work.
