摘要
《德国商法典》以商号的真实性原则为基础 ,对商号的确定、商号的变更与转让、商号的保护等内容作了全面规定。改革后的《德国商法典》以商号自由化为基本目标 ,对商号的选用、商业信函中商号的使用说明、商号登记程序的简化等内容都进行了改革 ,通过改革旨在使德国的企业能更自由地通过商号的使用来提高其竞争力和在国际市场上的影响力。
Based on the truth principle, the Commercial Code of Germany makes a comprehensive provision in business name, such as its definition, modification, transfer protection and so on. The Commercial Code of Germany (reformed) takes liberalization for its basis and possesses a new content, such as how to choose a business name, how to use in business letter, how to simplified the registration procedure and so on. After the reform, the enterprises in Germany have been enhancing their competitive power and improving their impact on the international market, freely and greatly.
