宫颈粘液中过氧化物酶、碱性磷酸酶的周期性变化与预测排卵 被引量:1

摘要 分别用连续监测法、固定时间荧光比色法研究22个正常月经周期宫颈粘液(CM)中过氧化物酶(POD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的周期性变化及其与排卵的关系。其中8例分析了两种酶与生殖激素的关系。结果:CM中POD、AKP有周期性变化规律,排卵期两酶含量与卵泡期和黄体期比较,差异均显著(P<0.001,P<0.01)。8个周期血清雌二醇(E_2)及孕酮(P^0)与两酶作相关分析,卵泡期与E_2均呈负相关(P<0.005,P<0.05),黄体期与P^0的关系不显著(P>0.1,P>0.1)。 The cyclic changes of peroxidase (POD) and alkaline phosphatase(AKS) in cervical mucus were serially determined in 20 normal (?)ulatcry wcmen (22 cycles) . The (?)tration of POD and AFP were assayed by colorimetric reaction with spectrophatemeter and fluorescent spectrophatometer respectively. The activity of POD and AKP decreased at fourth and third day before the ovulation. The dip of them at midcycle are significant(P<0.001 and P<0.01). In the follicular phaso, there was a negative corrclation between POD and E_2 (r=-0.73, P<0.005), or between AKP and E_2 (r=-0.46,P<0.025). The results suggest that the measurement of FOD and AKP in cervical mucus might be uscd to prckict the time of ovulation.
