摘要
应用血管铸型、扫描电镜方法,观察人胚胰腺微循环血管三维构筑的形态学特点。人胚胰腺微循环血管依据其形态学特点可分为胰腺小叶间血管干;胰腺小叶周围血管网;胰腺管周围血管袢及胰岛的血管球4种类型。本文对比了人胚胰腺微循环血管构筑与猴、犬、兔胰腺的血管形态学异同点,阐述了其功能意义。
The morphological features of three dimensional architecture of microcirculatory vessels in human fetal pancreas were studied by method cf vascular casts and observation with scanning electron microscope, we found that: the micrecirculation vessels in human fetal pancreas could be civided into four types, i. e the trunk and line-like vessels with bilateral branches which are parallel to the long axis of pancreas; the polygon vascular networks around the interpancreatie-leaflet; the'U'-like or circle type vascular loops which are around the pancreatic ducts and the bryephyte-like or chinese ilex-like vascular balls ef pancreatic island. The micrccirculatory vascular architecture of human fetal pancreas was comlpared with that of the monkey, dog and rabbit in vascular morphological diferences. The functional significance on these vascular morphology were illustrated.
